摘要 探讨了如何快速及时准确对地下管线数据进行采集与更新的技术方法,研究了基于Android系统的移动GIS管线采集更新系统,规范了地下管线外业采集的工作流程。通过项目验证测试表明,该系统减少了作业工序,提高了作业效率与质量,实现了内外业一体化,能够满足城市管理中及时更新管线信息的需要。 This article discusses how to quickly and timely and accurate technical methods of underground pipeline data collection and updates,research-based Android mobile GIS pipeline gathering system to update the system,regulate the underground pipeline outside the industry gathering workflow. Through project validation tests show that the system reduces the work processes,improve the work efficiency and quality,both inside and outside the industry to achieve the integration of urban management in a timely manner to meet the information needs updating pipeline.
