摘要
为进一步优化玩具马达生产过程中的自动化水平,设计了一个基于单片机的玩具马达参数自动检测电路,对玩具马达转动时产生的电枢电流脉动分量进行分析,利用对比法判断出玩具马达参数是否达到生产要求,再构建一个基于PLC的玩具马达传送和筛选机构,对检测过后的玩具马达进行自动筛选。经过实验测试,该系统相比人工检测方式,可将玩具马达的检测速度提高到三倍以上,大大提高了玩具马达检测和筛选的效率,降低了生产成本。
In order to further optimize the automation level in the production process of toy motor, an automatic detection circuit of toy motor parameters based on single-chip microcomputer is designed. The armature current ripple component generated when the toy motor rotates is analyzed. The comparison method is used to judge whether the toy motor parameters are reached. Production requirements, and then build a PLC-based toy motor transmission and screening mechanism to automatically screen the detected toy motor. After experimental testing, the system can increase the detection speed of the toy motor by more than three times compared with the manual detection method, which greatly improves the efficiency of the detection and screening of the toy motor and reduces the production cost.
