摘要
在无耦合条件下,利用直流电机电枢电流脉动频率与转速的关系进行电机的转速测量,简单而方便。针对这种测试出现错误频率问题,对产生电流脉动的各种因素及出现的频率段等进行了分析,其结论不仅可以作为转速测量的基础,还可为分析直流电机转矩波动、直流测速发电机输出电压纹波及电机的故障检测提供参考。
It's simple and convenient to get the speed of DC motor by using the relation between the frequency of the fluctuating current and the rotational speed In no-coupling condition. To solve the wrong frequency problem in speed testing experiment, the paper discusses the factors of the fluctuating current and the range of the frequency. This conclusion is not only the foundation of rotational speed testing, but also referential for analyzing torque ripple of DC motor, the output voltage ripple of DC speed indicating generator and the fault detection of motor.
