摘要
针对槟榔在切割去核加工中存在主要依靠手工操作所导致的生产效率低下和产品质量不稳定的问题,开发了基于信捷PLC的槟榔自动切割机,实现了槟榔切割去核的自动化操作。所开发的槟榔自动切割控制系统根据槟榔加工工艺的需求,设计了以PLC为核心的电气控制系统的硬件和软件。通过试验表明,所设计的电控系统能够满足槟榔切割机的加工流程,完成了槟榔加工生产的过程自动化,实现了取代人工操作的目的。
In view of the low production efficiency and unstable product quality caused by manual operation in betel nut cutting and processing,this paper proposes a betel nut automatic cutting machine based on Xinjie PLC,which can cut the betel nut and remove the core automatically.The hardware and software of the electrical control system applied in the proposed machine is designed based on PLC.Experiments show that the designed electrical control system can replace the manual operation in processing betel nut.
