摘要
利用于８０９８单片机的ＨＳＩ功能测量信号周期，硬件系统结构简单，软件编制方便，但是测量精度在要求较高时受硬件的限制，本文介绍测试系统硬件设计及用软件方法提高８０９８单片机测量信号周期的精度和可信度，与常见的测量方法及软件相比，优点明显，可满足相当高的测量精度要求。该系统已研制完成。
The precision of microminiature motor measurement apparatus is usually restrained by the capability of the 8089 single-chip processor hardware .This problem is solved successfully by software sophistication .The reliability of this design is verified by engineering practice .
