大麦嫩苗汁固体饮料中多糖成分的检测

摘要 采用苯酚-硫酸法,以葡萄糖为对照品,于490 nm波长处测其吸光度,测定大麦嫩苗汁固体饮料中多糖的含量。本实验条件下,测得的葡萄糖质量浓度在20~60μg/m L范围内与吸收度呈良好的线性关系;平均回收率为100. 13%;测得的总多糖平均含量为49. 25 mg/g。采用苯酚-硫酸法测定大麦嫩苗汁固体饮料中总多糖含量,快速准确,稳定性好,操作方便,可作为该方总多糖含量测定方法。 The phenol-sulfuric acid method was used in this experiment,and glucose was used as a reference substance. The absorbance was measured at a wavelength of 490 nm,and the content of polysaccharide in the solid beverage of barley tender juice was determined. Under the experimental conditions,the measured glucose concentration in the range of 20 ~ 60 μg/m L showed a good linear relationship with the absorbance,the average recovery was 100. 13%,the measured total polysaccharide content was 49. 25 mg/g. The phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the total polysaccharide content in the solid beverage of barley tender juice,which was fast,accurate,stable and easy to operate. It can be used as a method for determining the total polysaccharide content of the square.
