摘要
以超微绿茶粉、超微大麦苗粉、小麦面粉作为原料,通过添加品质改良剂,采用独特工艺加工营养面条,其面条外观色泽翠绿,清香四溢,口味独特,具有较高的保健作用和食疗效果。
Using ultra micro green tea, young Barley seedling powder and wheat flour as raw material ,alimentary noodle were produced adopting unique technology by adding quality modifier. The noodle is unique in taste and green color,with clean aroma. And it is a somewhat dietetic food with health care function.
