摘要
蒸汽吹管是关系到机组安全高效运行的重要基建环节。针对二次再热机组降压吹管系统复杂,吹管次数多,吹管有效时间短,吹管工期长等问题以及热力系统的参数特点,提出在降压吹管系统设计时,将过热器系统和一次再热器系统视为一体,将临吹门设置在一次再热器出口的优化方案。该方案优于将临吹门设置在过热器出口的常规方式,可以大幅提高吹管时锅炉的蓄热容量,从而提高吹管的效率和质量。
Steam blowing is an important construction link relating to safe and efficient operation of power generating units.However,the reduced pressure steam blowing system of double-reheat units is complicate,the tube blowing is too frequent,the effective tube blowing time is short,and the tube blowing duration is also long.To solve these problems,combing with the parameter characteristics of the thermal system,this paper proposes an optimization scheme in the reduced pressure steam blowing system design.In this method,the superheater system and the primary reheater system are regarded as a whole,and the temporary blowing valve is set at outlet of the primary reheater.This scheme is superior to the conventional way setting the temporary blowing valve at the superheater outlet,and can greatly increase the heat storage capacity of the boiler at blowpipe time,thus to raise the blowing efficiency and quality.
