摘要 为解决某电厂1000MW二次再热机组在机组启停过程中,多次因轴封温度控制不当导致轴封跳闸甚至大轴抱死的问题,文章分析了其产生原因,有针对性的提出了整改及优化措施。该问题的解决有效防止了大轴抱死、弯曲甚至断裂事故的发生,保证了机组的安全稳定运行,并可为其他存在此问题的同类型机组提供参考与借鉴。 In order to solve the problem of shaft seal tripping and even big shaft locking caused by improper temperature control of shaft seal in the start-up and shutdown process of 1000 MW secondary reheating unit in a power plant,the causes are analyzed and the corresponding improvement and optimization measures are put forward.The solution of this problem effectively prevents the occurrence of large axle locking,bending and even fracture accidents,ensures the safe and stable operation of the unit,and provides reference for other similar units with this problem.
