摘要 某电厂2×660MW超临界直接空冷凝汽式汽轮发电机组是哈尔滨汽轮机厂生产的CLNZK660-24.2/566/566型超临界、一次中间再热、单轴、两缸两排汽直接空冷机组。轴封采用迷宫式自密封形式的轴封系统,系统运行在75%达到自密封,迷宫齿受机组启停、运行时间等各方面的影响磨损,高中压缸轴端漏汽量增大,低压缸轴端需汽量增加,总体实现自密封的临界功率逐渐降低,轴封系统溢汽量逐渐增加。 A 2×660 MW supercritical direct air condensing steam turbine generating unit in a power plant is a CLNZK 660-24.2/566/566 type supercritical,primary reheat,single-shaft,and two-cylinder steam direct air cooling produced by Harbin Steam Turbine Works.unit.The shaft seal adopts a labyrinth self-sealing type of shaft sealing system.The system operates at 75%to achieve self-sealing.The labyrinth teeth are affected by various factors such as start-up and stop of the unit and running time.The steam leakage at the shaft end of the high and medium pressure cylinder increases.The required steam volume at the cylinder shaft end increases,the total critical power for self-sealing is gradually reduced,and the overflow volume of the shaft seal system gradually increases.
