摘要 二次再热超超临界机组是燃煤机组重点发展方向之一,吹管是机组调试运行的重要阶段。二次再热机组增加一级再热器,其吹管临时系统比一次再热机组复杂,分析二次再热机组吹管和一次再热机组的主要差异,主要对系统布置特点、管道阻力计算、吹管参数控制、燃烧调整方法等进行比较,给出二次再热机组吹管蒸汽参数选取方法、吹管注意事项,为同类型机组吹管提供参考依据。 The double reheat ultra supercritical unit is one of the key development directions of the coal-fired units,and the pipe blowing is an important stage of the commissioning of the units.The double reheat unit adds one reheat system,and the temporary pipe blowing system is more complicated than single reheat unit,analysis of the main differences between the double reheat units and single reheat units,including the characteristics of the system layout,the pipeline resistance calculation,the control parameters of the pipe blowing and the combustion adjustment method,are mainly compared,the pipe blowing steam parameter selection method and the pipe blowing precautions of the double reheat unit are given,so the references are provided for pipe blowing of the same type units.
