摘要
核因子κB(nuclear factor kappa-B,NF-κB)是在B淋巴细胞前体细胞中发现的一种核蛋白,作为组织细胞中一种重要的转录调节因子,是细胞内信号转导的中间枢纽,可以通过调控多种基因的表达来参与机体多种生物进程,如炎症反应、细胞凋亡、免疫反应、肿瘤发生、组织损伤与修复等,它不仅在心脑等重要脏器的缺血再灌注损伤中发挥关键作用,而且在肠缺血再灌注(intestinal ischemia-reperfusion,IIR)损伤中亦发挥不可或缺的作用。此文对近年来NF-кB在IIR损伤中的应用进行了综述。
Nuclear factor kappa-B (NF-κB) is a nuclear protein found in B lymphocyte precursor cells. As an important transcriptional regulator in tissue cells and an intermediate hub of intracellular signal transduction, NF-κB can participate in a variety of biological processes by regulating the expression of various genes,such as inflammatory response, apoptosis, immune response, tumorigenesis, tissue damage and repair by regulating the expression of multiple genes. It is not only in important organs such as the heart and brain. It not only plays a key role in ischemia-reperfusion injury of important organs such as heart and brain, but also plays an indispensable role in intestinal ischemia-reperfusion (IIR) injury. This paper reviewed the application of NF-κB pathway in IIR injury INt recent years.
