摘要
新常态下高等院校开放、多元的培养模式表明,传统的封闭式人才培养质量评价体系已经不能适用于新常态下应用型本科人才培养质量评价的要求。文章基于新常态下应用型本科人才的规格特征,论述了构建新常态下应用型本科人才培养质量评价指标体系的意义,并从通识教育、职业能力、实践能力、创新能力、责任担当五个层面选取合适指标,构建了“多维多层”立体化的应用型本科人才培养质量评价体系。
The open and diversified training mode of universities under the new normal shows that the traditional closed talent training quality-evaluation system cannot meet the needs of applied undergraduate talent training quality evaluation.Based on the specification characteristics of applied undergraduate talents under the new normal,this paper discussed the significance of constructing the quality-evaluation system for applied undergraduate talents,and then built a multi-dimensional and multi-level quality evaluation system from five aspects:general education,vocational ability, practical application ability,integration and innovation ability,and responsibility.
