摘要
乡村振兴战略是新时代我国"三农"工作的总抓手,乡村人才匮乏且留不住、用不上、难以扎根乡村是当前最亟待解决的问题。研究分析安徽乡村振兴中农业高等教育层次人才队伍现状,分析人才培养与实际需求的契合度,针对管理服务型、创新创业型、产业技能型等实用人才需求,探讨新时代农业高校加强继续教育和高职教育培养"扎根乡村、知农爱农"新型人才的三种模式,并提出相关支持政策建议。
The strategy of rural rejuvenation is the general focus of China′s"three rural"work in the new era.At present,the most urgent problem to be solved is the shortage of rural talents,which cannot be retained and cannot be used to make it difficult to take root in the countryside.This paper investigated the current situation of the agricultural higher education talent team in the revitalization of rural Anhui,and analyzed the fit between talent cultivation and actual needs.Aiming at the needs of practical talents such as management service,innovation and entrepreneurship,and industrial skills,three modes of strengthening continuing education and higher vocational education to cultivate new types of talents of"rooted in the countryside,knowing agriculture and loving agriculture"in agricultural universities in the new era were discussed,and related policies were proposed.
