摘要
采用IOM方法确定分值与权重,构建了创业能力评价体系的基本模型,并用此模型对经管类研究生创业能力的培养进行了探讨。
This paper constructs the basic model of the business-establishing ability evaluation system through determining the scores and weight by adopting the method of IOM,, and probes into the training of business-establishing ability of the graduates majoring in economic management.
