摘要
风电叶片连接螺栓的服役工况在风电紧固件中最为典型。为保证叶片连接螺栓寿命达到风电主机服役寿命,从原材料选择与热处理工艺涉及的关键性能展开分析,查找影响风电叶片连接高强度螺栓的各项重要性能指标。研究结果对风电紧固件的材料选用和热处理工艺制定具有指导意义。
The service condition of connecting bolt for wind power blade is the most typical in wind power fastener. In order to ensure the life of vane connecting bolt to meet the servive life of wind power mainframe, the key properties in raw material selection and heat treatment process were analyzed, and the important performance indexes which affects the high strength bolt for connection of wind turbine blade were found out. The results of the study have guiding significance for the selection of materials and the formulation of heat treatment process for wind power fasteners.
