带钢轧机大型同步电机转子螺栓断裂原因分析

摘要 大型同步电机转子螺栓螺帽处断裂导致电机内部扫堂短路接地,通过对电机运行温度、轧钢工艺及电机螺栓质量等方向进行分析。发现电机转子螺栓存在质量问题,转子的运行环境、调速控制方式等多种因素构成了螺栓寿命降低及断裂的其他原因。同时介绍了防止螺栓断裂因素的预防及设备管理的措施。 The breakage of the rotor bolt cap of the large synchronous motor leads to the short-circuit grounding of the inner sweep Hall of the motor, and through the analysis of the operating temperature of the motor, the rolling process and the quality of the motor bolt. It is found that there are some quality problems in the rotor bolt of the motor, the operating environment of the rotor, the control mode of speed regulation and other factors constitute the other reasons of the bolt life reduction and fracture. At the same time, the measures to prevent breakage of bolts and measures for equipment management are introduced .
