摘要
针对太钢集团临汾钢铁有限公司在生产过程中出现的中板生产线粗、精轧机主传动同步电机多次扫膛的事故,对其发生的事故原因进行综合分析.对造成事故的轧机主传动同步电机(BPT5000-125000 KW)转子结构中磁极、撑块组件、楔形键存在的缺陷分别进行改进,杜绝了轧机主传动同步电机磁极松动、撑块组件螺栓断裂形成同步电机扫膛事故,提高了中板生产线的作业率.
We have analyzed comprehensively the cause of thick plate production line and stator scrapping rotor of finishing mill main drive synchronous motor for many times in the process of production in taigang group linfen iron and steel co, LTD. The magnetic pole, brace piece of component and wedge key of rotor structure of rolling mill main drive synchronous motor (BPTS000-12 5000 KW) have been improved respectively. As a resuit, we avoid the loosening of magnetic pole of rolling mill main drive synchronous motor, and stator scrapping rotor of synchronous motor caused by bolt fracture of brace component. Moreover, we have improved the operation efficiency of medium plate production line.
