摘要
风力发电叶片叶根连接螺栓是复合材料叶片与风轮轮毂连接的唯一的也是最关键的部件,通常在安装过程中会施加螺栓预紧力,保证叶片与轮毂连接的紧密性。预紧力大小的设定对螺栓是否能够正常使用,乃至叶片能否正常运行都有重大的影响,在螺栓连接的有限元分析中准确模拟螺栓的预紧力是一项复杂而困难的工作。论述了螺栓预紧力的理论计算过程及利用有限元技术在ANSYS中模拟螺栓预紧力的方法,为叶片根部连接施加预紧力提供可靠的依据和指导。
The root joint of wind turbine blade is the only and critical component to connect blade and hub.Therefore,the bolt pre-tensioning force should be applied when installation to keep blade and hub closely. The value of pre-tensioning force applied influences not only the bolt functions,but also the normal operation of blade.However,simulating the bolt pre-tensioning force with high accuracy is very difficult and complicated in FEA of bolt connection. This paper illuminates the theoretical calculation process and uses FEA method to simulate the bolt pretensioning force in ANSYS WORKBENCH. The results provide basis and direction for applying the pre-tensioning force.
