摘要 针对玻璃纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料制备风力发电叶片的叶根螺栓套预埋、表面处理及工装等出现的质量问题,探讨了这些问题形成的原因和条件。结果表明,预埋螺栓套外表面粗糙度达到6μm,喷砂时间为6~8 min,粒度控制在14~16目,缠纱股数为6时预埋螺栓套表面处理最佳。预埋螺栓套周围缝隙填充方式用玻璃钢三角条和楔形块填充,密封方式采用1层硅胶条与3层密封胶带配合效果最佳。环境温度为25℃和环氧树脂初始混合时间为100 min时,环氧树脂的放热性和渗透性最佳。当上工装倾角为3.4°~3.7°,下工装倾角为3.2°~3.4°,端面打磨次数为1,安装扭力为700 N·m时,预埋叶根的平面度达到0.45 mm,端面空腔数降低到7,工装效果最佳。 According to the quality problems of bolt sleeve,surface treatment and tooling for embedded root of wind turbine blades prepared by glass fiber reinforced epoxy resin composites,and the causes and conditions of these problems were studied.The results show that the surface treatment of the embedded bolt sleeve is the best when the surface roughness of the embedded bolt sleeve reaches 6μm,the sandblasting time is 6-8 min,the particle size is controlled at 14-16 mesh,and the yarn number is 6.The gaps around the embedded bolt sleeve are filled with the glass fiber reinforced plastic triangular bar and wedge block,the best sealing effect is achieved by using 1 layer of silicone strip of and 3 layers of sealing tape.When the environment temperature is 25℃ and initial mixed time of epoxy resin is 100 min,the exothermicity and penetrability of the epoxy resin are the best.When the upper tooling inclination is 3.4°-3.7°,the lower tooling inclination is 3.2°-3.4°,the grinding number on end face is 1,and the installation torque is 700 N·m,the planeness of the embedded blade root reaches 0.45 mm and the cavities number on end face decreases to 7,the tooling effect is the best.
