摘要
高速动车组车外部件吊装结构的可靠性直接影响行车安全.以CRH380B型动车组车下变压器吊装结构为基础,从螺栓强度及安装等方面进行了分析,总结出螺栓选型及强度分析、低温性能、防腐蚀及防松等因素均为动车组关键部位吊装设计的关键点.
Reliability of mounting structure for high speed EMU influences the safety of running trains.Based on the structure of transformer hoisting for CRH380 B EMU,the bolt is analyzed from the strength,installing and so on.It is summarized that there are some key points,such as,bolt selecting,low-temperature performance,anti-corrosion and looseness-proof,etc in the hoisting designing of EMU for key parts.
