摘要
在建设创新型国家的时代背景下,建立系统科学的科研创新能力评价指标体系,对国际贸易专业的本科生创新意识和能力的培养具有重要意义。文章构建以科研创新能力为目标层、包括四个一级指标(科研创新思维、科研创新人格、科研创新基础能力和科研创新实践)的评价指标体系,并从智力、环境、制度和投入等方面分析了影响国际贸易专业本科生科研创新能力的主要因素,在此基础上提出提升自我科研创新素养、搭建科研创新平台和健全科研创新激励机制等相关对策。
Under the background of building an innovation-oriented country, the establishment of a systematic and scientific evaluation index system of scientific research innovation ability is of great value to the cultivation of the innovation consciousness and ability of undergraduates majoring in international trade. This paper constructs an evaluation index system which takes the ability of scientific research innovation as the target layer and includes four first-level indexes. Combined with the factors of intelligence, environment, system and investment in scientific research innovation, this paper analyzes the internal and external factors affecting the ability of scientific research innovation of international trade undergraduates, and on this basis, we puts forward relevant countermeasures such as improving the quality of scientific research innovation, building scientific research innovation platform and improving the incentive mechanism of scientific research innovation.
