摘要
工业设计人员的创新能力是反映企业工业设计能力的一个重要方面。为将工业设计人员的创新能力图示化,建立工业设计人员创新能力评价的指标体系,通过亲和图法(KJ)构建不同层次的创新能力指标库;运用灰色关联度分析(Grey Relation Analysis,GRA)分析创新能力2级指标的重要关联程度,以确定2级指标的重要度;运用质量功能展开(Quality Function Deployment,QFD)搭建工业设计人员创新能力质量屋,判断创新能力3级指标的相对重要性;借助思维导图的图示化结构建立各创新能力指标与创新能力重要度指数间的映射关系。以手持式家用园林除草机设计为例对该方法进行验证,结果表明该方法不仅可直观反映工业设计人员的创新思维结构,而且可对创新能力的广度和深度进行量化处理。
The innovation ability of industrial designers is an essential aspect of the company’s industrial design capabilities.This research aimed to plot innovation ability of industrial designer.The index system of innovation abality evaluation of industrial designer was established.Innovation abilities index library in different level were constructed through Affinity Diagram(KJ).Then,grey relation analysis was used to analyze the association degree of second-level indicators and determine the weight of secondary indicators.After that,Quality Function Deployment(QFD)was used to establish industrial design ability quality house to judge the weight of the third-level indicators.Finally,the mapping relationships between innovation ability index and innovation ability weights of the mind map were established using graphical structure of mind map.The design of a hand-held household(mower)weeding machine was taken as the case to test this method.This research showed that the method could not only directly reflect the innovative thinking pattern of the industrial designers,but also quantify the breadth and depth of their innovation ability.
