摘要
供给侧改革背景下要求食品工业提高产品质量,降低企业生产成本,减少企业库存,提升企业总体绩效。运用多元回归分析,选取2011—2017年食品工业的面板数据,建立以研究与试验发展全时当量、研究与实验发展经费、研究与实验项目数、新产品项目数、开发新产品经费和专利申请数为创新能力指标;主营业务收入和利润总额为绩效指标的回归模型,分析食品工业创新能力与绩效之间的关系。发现创新能力指标中研究与试验发展全时当量、研究与实验发展经费和专利申请数对绩效有正向影响;实验项目数和专利申请数对利润总额有正向影响。
Under the background of the supply side reform,the food industry was required to improve the quality of the product,reduce the cost of production,reduce the stock of the enterprise,and improve the overall performance of the enterprise.Using the multiple regression analysis,the panel data of the food industry from 2011 to 2017 were selected,and the innovation capability indexes were established,including the total time equivalent,the research and experimental development funds,the number of research and experimental projects,the number of new product items,the development of new product funds and the number of patent applications,and the total revenue and profit of the main business.Based on the regression model of performance indicators,the relationship between innovation capability and performance in food industry was analyzed.It was found that the full time equivalent of research and experimental development,research and experimental development funds and patent applications had positive effects on performance,and the number of experimental items and patent applications had a positive impact on the total profit.
