摘要
长平矿3 #煤层松软破碎,采用千米钻机水排渣的施工工艺施工本煤层顺层钻孔时塌孔严重,无法实现深孔钻进。为此,研发了一种氮气排渣复合钻进的新型打钻工艺,并进行了现场试验,试验以氮气排渣复合钻进为主,滑动钻进为辅。结果表明,钻孔最大孔深达到231 m,但该钻孔施工效率低,护孔困难,抽采量偏低,影响了该钻进工艺的推广使用,需进一步完善施工工艺及装备,以提高抽采效率。
Due to coal soft and easy-broken in 3# coal seam in Changping Mine, the kilometer-deep boreholes along the coal seam strike collapsed seriously, which made the deep hole drilling difficult to be realized. To deal with the problem, a new drilling technique with nitrogen is developed, and industrial tests have been carried out. The test is mainly based on waste discharging with nitrogen, supplemented by sliding drilling. The results show that the maximum hole depth of the drilling reaches 231 m. The shortcomings of the technique are its drilling efficiency, the maintenance, together with the poor gas drainage volume, which affects the promotion and use of the drilling process. Further improvement is needed in both technique and equipment for a better efficiency.
