煤矿井下长钻孔水力压裂技术研究 被引量:20

摘要 为了实现煤矿井下长钻孔的有效大规模压裂,结合中马村矿羽状长钻孔施工情况,采用HTB500型水力压裂泵组进行重复水力压裂试验,并使用大地电场岩性探测仪对水力压裂有效范围进行探测。试验结果表明,抽采瓦斯纯量由压裂前几近为0增大至739.8m^3/d;抽采体积分数由0增大为44.1%~99.9%;煤层透气性系数由压裂前的3.2~4.0m^2/(MPa^2·d)增大至25.6~44.8m^2/(MPa^2·d);压裂有效范围以压裂孔为中心呈不对称形式展布,长度沿钻孔延伸方向达370m,宽度为30~60m、 In order to achieve effective large-scale fracturing for long borehole in coal mine, in combination with the construction situation of the feather long horehole in Zhongmaeun Mine, HTB500 type hydraulic fracturing pump package was adopted for repeated hydraulic fracturing test, and the earth electric field lithology detectors was used to detected the effective scope of hydraulic fracturing. The test results showed that gas drainage scalar increased from zero before fracturing to 739. 8 m^3 / d, gas drainage volume fraction increased from zero before fracturing to 44. 1 % - 99. 9% ,the coefficient of permeability for coal seam increased from 3. 2 - 4. 0 m^3/ (MPa^2 · d) to 25. 6 - 44. 8 m^2/ (MPa^2· d). The effective scope of hydraulic fracturing centered on fracturing borehole and formed in asymmetrical distribution, the length along the directional drilling was 370 rn , the width was 30 - 60 m,
