摘要 通过研究煤层顶板水力压裂增透机理及多泵并联压裂工艺参数,形成了煤矿井下泵组并联压裂预抽瓦斯工艺,并在山西阳煤集团新元煤矿31009辅助进风巷3号突出煤层增透工程中进行了现场试验,实现了单孔抽采纯量稳定在700 m^3/d以上的显著效果,解决了松软煤层增透及抽采困难的难题,为类似工程提供了可参考依据与经验指导。 Through the research on the hydraulic fracturing increased transmission lens mechanism coal seam roof and parallel pumps fracturing process parameters,the gas pumping technology by using paraUel pumps fracturing method underground was fonned.A trial was conducted during the outburst coal enhancement engineering in No.3 auxiliary intake air roadway,31009 Xinyuan minem Yangrnei Co., Shanxi.That trial achieved a great result of keeping the purity of single barehole drainage above 700 m3/d and solved the problem of hard-enhancement and hard-drainage in soft coal seam,which provided reference and guidance for similar construction.
