摘要
临床见习是医学生由理论学习向临床实践的重要转折,是医学教育不可缺少的一部分。文章从社会和学生对儿科专业的偏见、师生沟通中存在的问题、医患沟通中存在的问题、缺乏临床思维和技能操作机会等方面分析了儿科临床见习教学的现状和存在的问题,同时针对儿科临床见习教学中存在的问题,探讨了相应的对策,包括加强入科宣教、师生沟通及基本技能训练,改革医患沟通教学模式等。总体而言儿科临床见习教学中仍然存在一定的问题,要提高儿科临床教学的质量,还需要探索新的教学方法,适应新时期的各种变化。
Clinical probation was an important turning point for medical students from theoretical study to clinical practice and an indispensable part of medical education. This paper analyzed the current situation and existing problems of pediatric clinical probation teaching from the perspectives of society and students' prejudice against pediatrics, problems in teacherstudent communication, problems in doctor-patient communication, lack of clinical thinking and skills operation opportunities. In response to the problems existing in pediatric clinical probation teaching, the corresponding countermeasures were discussed, including strengthening the enrollment, teacher-student communication and basic skills training, and reforming the teaching mode of doctor-patient communication. In general, there were still certain problems in the clinical teaching of pediatrics. To improve the quality of pediatric clinical teaching, it is necessary to explore new teaching methods and adapt to the changes in the new era.
