摘要
目的:探讨内镜下黏膜切除术(EMR)在消化道隆起病变患者中的临床诊断和治疗效果。方法:选取2014年1月至2016年12月南京鼓楼医院集团宿迁市人民医院消化内科收治的消化道隆起病变患者100例,按随机数字表法分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50),对照组应用高频电切治疗,研究组采用EMR治疗。观察EMR诊断消化道隆起病变分布及超声内镜与病理诊断消化道隆起病变情况;同时对比两组手术时间、术后出血率、术后穿孔率及住院时间。结果:100例患者中,间质细胞瘤最为常见,其次为异位胰腺。内镜诊断消化道隆起的准确度较为理想,与病理诊断结果对比无明显差异(均P>0.05)。研究组手术时间及住院时间均显著短于对照组,术后出血率和术后穿孔率均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论:消化道隆起病变患者应用内镜的检出率高,同时EMR治疗消化道隆起病变患者的效果较为理想,值得临床上推广。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value and curative effect of colonic polyps endoscopic mucosal resection (EMR) in patients with gastrointestinal protuberant lesions. Methods: From January 2014 to December 2016,100 patients with gastrointestinal protuberant lesions treated in our hospital were randomized to receive either received high-frequency electric resection (control group, n =50) or EMR (study group, n =50) treatment. Results: In these patients,interstitial cell tumor was the most common,followed by ectopic pancreas.The accuracy of endoscopic diagnosis of gastrointestinal protuberant lesions was ideal,and the results was similar to pathological diagnosis ( P >0.05).The operation time and hospital days in the study group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the postoperative bleeding rate and perforation rate were lower ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The detection rate of gastrointestinal protuberant lesions by endoscopic diagnosis was high.The EMR had good effect for gastrointestinal protuberant lesions treatment.
