摘要
为保护水电站发电机组以及减小水资源的浪费,需及时清理拦污栅前堆积的污物.针对目前某水电站液压清污抓斗工作时抓取力不足以及抓取效率低下的问题,利用ADAMS软件中的参数化建模以及分析功能,对抓斗施力过程进行分析;构建了抓斗样机参数化模型,优化设计了抓斗结构及施力点位置,为设计新的高效清污抓斗奠定了技术基础.
In order to protect the hydropower generating sets and reduce the waste of water resources,it is necessary to clean up the trash accumulated in front of the trash rack timely.In a hydroelectric power station,the grasping force of a hydraulic trash-cleaning grab is insufficient and the working efficiency of grabbing is low.Based on the technology in ADAMS of parametric modeling and analysis,the process of force application of the grab was analyzed,and the parametric model of the grab prototype was constructed.In addition,the grab structure and the points of application of force were optimized,which lays a technical foundation for designing new efficient trash-cleaning grabs.
