摘要
提出了液压支架总体参数优化设计的数学模型及用修正解析法确定支架四连杆机构初始参数的有效方法,根据掩护式液压支架的设计和使用经验,提出了确定有关结构参数的准则和平衡千斤顶参数优化设计的数学模型,提供了优化设计实用软件设计的方法和优化设计的实例.
A mathematic model for optimal design of general parameters of powered support and a revised analytic method for determining the initial paranieters of linkage of the shield support are described. Based on experience with design and application of shield support,the author proposes a criterion for determining structural parameters and a mathematic model for design of compensation cylinder parameters. The method for application software design and design examples are also depicted.
