摘要
确定铰点最大受力是挖掘机铰点设计校核的重点及难点之一,提出采用杆组法对挖掘机工作装置连杆机构进行分析,计算在不同工况和姿态下挖掘机的整机理论挖掘力及各铰点的受力,然后通过对计算数据进行分析比较确定最大铰点力,这是一种行之有效的方法.并用这一方法计算出了斗山DH80-7挖掘机整机理论挖掘力下的最大铰点力.
For excavator hinging node design and checking, it is an imperative to determine the maximal hinge loading. Firstly, the excavator working mechanism is analyzed on connecting rods via rod grouping method. Then, the theoretical excavating force and hinge loading are calculated under diverse working conditions and carriages. Next, the maximal hinging force is obtained by analyzing and comparing calulation data. With application to Doosan DH80- 7 excavators, the methodological effectiveness is finally proven.
