摘要 根据正铲液压挖掘机工作装置的机构特性,深入研究了斗杆-铲斗四边形机构的牵连运动关系,对四边形机构进行了运动学分析,归纳出了其运动过程中必须满足的各种条件,建立了数学模型.基于VB编程环境下,研究了四边形机构分析的程序实现方法.并在实际中应用于某型号正铲液压挖掘机工作装置方案设计中,对其牵连运动机构特性进行了分析评价,揭示了牵连运动液压油缸影响区域比例对挖掘机挖掘性能的重要影响. Based on working properties of hydraulic face-shovels, the interlocking movement between arm and bucket is first elaborated. Moreover, a kinematical analysis is conducted for quadrangular mechanism in hydraulic face-shovels. Thereafter, a mathematical mode is established, subject to a number of motional constraints. Under the VB^TM programming environment, an implementation procedure is postulated for quadrangular mechanism analysis. Finally, this approach is applied and evaluated in the practical design of a specific hydraulic face-shovel. It is detected that the range of interlocking region brings significant impacts on excavation performance of the hydraulic cylinder.
