摘要
为了实现YB49型硬盒卷烟包装机胶缸提升装置的运行平稳和定位精准,利用反四边形机构的运动特性,建立胶缸提升机构准确的数学模型,通过ADAMS参数化设计对提升机构进行运动仿真,将测量的角度和位置函数进行敏感度评估分析。利用ADAMS系统中的二次规划法进行参数优化,对提升机构的杆长、夹角进行修正,得出合适的胶缸提升机构参数。在样机上的实际运行结果表明,该装置能够按要求稳定精确的定位胶缸,减少停机时间,提升机组有效作业率。
In order to fulfill glue pot lifting device precise positioning operation within YB49 type cigarette packer,by using the kinematic characteristic of the anti- parallel crank mechanism,the accurate mathematical model of glue pot lifting device is created. The kinetic simulation for the lifting device is carried out by ADAMS parametric design and the sensitivity of the angular rotation function which are received by the simulation would be evaluated and analyzed. The optimization of parameter calculation is carried out with the sequential quadratic programming method in ADAMS and in the end the appropriate size of the mechanism is concluded after the bar lengths of the mechanism and angles are corrected. Finally,the result is approved to be accurate and reliable in the real sample device. The down time of the packer is shortened and the production rate is increased.
