摘要 设计了一种工程多瓣液压抓斗,抓斗的各个颚瓣能够根据物料的形状分别闭合。当一对颚瓣或两相邻颚瓣夹住一块不规则物料时,其它颚瓣不受干扰,仍能分别动作,直至完全闭合。中心轴的旋转由一个液压马达驱动,可以实现绕铅垂中心轴线的回转。抓斗采用了液压比例阀控制,使抓取的物料范围更广,定位更准确。 A hydraulic orange grapple for engineering machinery application was designed. Every tine of the grapples can close and open asynchronously and individually according to the shape of the stuff to be grabbed. If a pair of tines or neighboring tines have grabbed anomalous stuff, other tines can still move without interruption until all the tines of the grapple totally reach to the stuff. The grapple can also rotate around the central vertical axis as a hydraulic motor is employed to drive the central shaft of the grapple. Since electro - hydraulic proportional valves are used to control the hydraulic actuators, the work space is more broad than that of the conventional grapples and more location accuracy can be achieved.
