摘要
目的探讨MRC矫治器在儿童安氏Ⅱ类错颌畸形早期矫治中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月至2017年10月我院收治的96例安氏Ⅱ类错颌畸形患儿的临床资料,所有患儿均接受MRC矫正器治疗,分析矫正前后骨骼及牙齿变化情况。结果矫治后,患儿的SNA角、 ANB角、 U1-SN角均低于矫治前, SNB角高于矫治前(P均<0.05);矫治后,患者的前牙覆牙合、前牙覆盖、下牙弓拥挤度及上牙弓拥挤度均低于矫治前,下牙弓宽度与上牙弓宽度均高于矫治前(P均<0.05)。结论在疾病早期进行矫治可有效促进错颌畸形患儿恒牙萌出与替换,且通过MRC矫正器矫治后,效果明显,可有效调整牙齿咬合关系。
Objective To explore the application effect of MRC appliance in the early correction of Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion in children. Methods The clinical data of 96 children with Angle class Ⅱ malocclusion admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to October2017 were retrospectively analyzed. All children were treated by MRC appliance. The changes of bone and teeth before and after correction were analyzed. Results After correction, the SNA angle, ANB angle and U1-SN angle were lower than those before correction, and the SNB angle was higher than that before correction, with statistical differences(P <0.05). After correction, the anterior overbite, anterior overjet, and the crowding degree of lower arch and upper arch were lower than those before correction, and the width of lower arch and upper arch were higher than those before correction, with statistical difference(P <0.05). Conclusions Early correction can effectively promote the eruption and replacement of permanent teeth in children with malocclusion. The MRC appliance correction has obvious effect and can effectively adjust the occlusal relationship.
