摘要
目的在临床治疗儿童正畸中运用早期功能矫治技术,观察早期功能矫治技术对于儿童正畸疾病的临床治疗效果。方法采取不计数方法选取2019年7月-2021年1月到我院进行治疗的80例正畸患儿,将其平均分为两组,即对照组(n=40)与观察组(n=40),对照组进行没有实施早期功能矫治技术方式,观察组患儿则采取早期功能矫治技术方式进行治疗。通过对两组患儿实施不同方式的治疗方式,观察在不同治疗方式下对于患儿的临床治疗效果并进行对比。结果治疗前,两组患儿正畸临床治疗效果各方面的对比均不存在任何的统计学方面的差异性(P>0.05),治疗后,所有患儿正畸效果均呈好转的趋势,将两组治疗后的临床效果对比可知,观察组在各方面均远远优于对照组患儿,对比存在统计学差异性(P<0.05)。结论在临床治疗儿童正畸中开展早期功能矫治技术可以提高对患者的临床治疗效果,尽早规避患儿产生不良心理,从而有效增加其生活质量水平,具有临床推广使用价值与意义。
Objective To apply early functional correction technology in the clinical treatment of children's orthodontics,and observe the clinical effect of early functional correction technology on children's orthodontic diseases.Methods The non-counting method was adopted to select 80 orthodontic children who came to our hospital for treatment during the period from July 2019 to January 2021,and divided them into two groups,that is the control group(n=40)and the observation group(n=40),the control group received early functional correction techniques without the use of muscle function exercises,and the observation group received early functional correction techniques and increased muscle function exercises for treatment.By implementing different methods of treatment for the two groups of children,observe and compare the clinical treatment effects for children under different treatment methods.Results Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups of children in all aspects of the clinical treatment effect of orthodontics(P>0.05).But after treatment,the orthodontic effect of all children showed a trend of improvement.The comparison of the clinical effects of the two groups after treatment showed that the observation group was far superior to the control group in all aspects,and the comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of children's orthodontics,the early functional correction technology and the implementation of muscle function exercises can greatly improve the clinical efficacy of early functional correction technology for children's orthodontics,and it is effective to avoid adverse psychological conditions in children as early as possible.It has clinical promotion value and significance to increase its quality of life.
