摘要
目的:研究FrankelⅡ功能矫治器结合口面部肌功能治疗学对于替牙期安氏Ⅱ^(1)类错[牙合]畸形患者颅颌面软硬组织的影响。方法:选择2019年7月~2021年7月于我科就诊的25例安氏Ⅱ^(1)错[牙合]畸形患者,采用FrankelⅡ功能矫治器结合口面部肌功能治疗,通过头影测量及口面部肌功能评估计分表,比较治疗前后颌面软硬组织及口面部肌功能的改变。结果:治疗后下颌矢状向生长明显增加;前牙覆盖明显减小,上切牙唇倾度显著减小;口面肌功能明显增强,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:FrankelⅡ功能矫治器结合口面部肌功能治疗可有效改善替牙期安氏Ⅱ^(1)类错[牙合]畸形儿童面部形态,不良骨骼生长型,增强口面部肌力。
Objective:To evaluate the effect of FrankelⅡappliance and orofacial myfunctional therapy(OMT)on maxillofacial functional structure and muscle function score in children with Class II malocclusion during growth.Methods:Totally 25 children with ClassⅡ^(1) malocclusion were clinically corrected with FrankelⅡappliance and OMT,which orthodontic period was from July 2019 to July 2021 in our hospital.The effect of FrankelⅡappliance was analyzed through X-ray cephalometry and muscle function score.Results:After treatment,the sagittal growth of the mandibular jaw increased significantly,the overlying coverage and the tilt of the lip of the upper incision teeth were significantly reduced,and the function of the orofacial muscles was significantly enhanced,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Frankel II appliance combined with OMT can effectively improve the facial morphology,change poor bone growth patterns and enhance the strength of oral and facial muscles in mixed dentition children with Class Ⅱ^(1) malocclusion.
