摘要
目的分析快速螺旋扩弓器扩大腭中缝在安氏Ⅲ类错颌畸形中的应用效果。方法选取我院2014年5月至2017年1月收治的54例安氏Ⅲ类错颌畸形患者,随机分为两组各27例。对照组给予直丝弓矫治,实验组给予快速螺旋扩弓器治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的相关指标。结果实验组的平均疗程和复发率均低于对照组,面型改善率高于对照组(P均<0.05)。两组患者治疗后的头影测量指标与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的头影测量指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用快速螺旋扩弓器治疗安氏Ⅲ类错颌畸形患者,能够有效提高患者的面型改善率,改善头影测量指标,缩短疗程和降低复发率,值得临床应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of mid-palatal suture expanding with rapid screw expansion in Angle class Ⅲ malocclusion. Methods 54 cases of patients with Angle class Ⅲ malocclusion admitted to our hospital from May 2014 to January 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 27 cases in each group. The control group was treated with straight wire, while the experimental group was treated with rapid screw expansion. The related indicators before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The average treatment duration and recurrence rate of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group, and the improvement rate of face type was higher than that of the control group, with statistical differences （P 〈0.05）. The cephalometric indicators of the two groups after treatment were statistically different from those before treatment （P〈0.05）. After treatment, statistical difference was found in the cephalometric indicators between the two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Rapid screw expansion in the treatment of patients with Angle class Ⅲ malocclusion can effectively improve the improvement rate of face type and cephalometric indicators, shorten the treatment duration and reduce the recurrence rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
