摘要
运用文献资料法等,对国内外翻转课堂的概念进行综述,提出基于翻转课堂的我国大学体育教学改革措施。主要结论:翻转课堂具有教学信息化、课堂二元化、学习自主化的特征,有助于提升大学体育教学信息化、提高教学质量、优化教学资源、因材施教和构建科学教学评价体系。提出改革措施:加强体育教学信息化管理平台建设,提升教师信息化技术素养,培养学生自主学习能力,树立大学生终身体育意识,以学校为单位优化翻转课堂资源配置,结合运动项目特征研制翻转教学方案。
Using literature reviews and other research methods,this paper summarizes the concepts of flipped classroom in China and abroad,and puts forward the reform measures of college physical education teaching in China based on flipped classroom.Main conclusion:flipped classroom has the characteristics of teaching informatization,classroom dualism and learning autonomy,which are helpful to promote college physical education informatization,improve teaching quality,optimize teaching resources,and help to teach students according to their aptitudes,as well as to build scientific teaching evaluation system.Reform measures:strengthen the construction of sports teaching information management platform,improve teachers’information technology literacy,cultivate students’independent learning ability,establish college students’lifelong sports awareness,optimize the resource allocation of flipped classroom with the school as the unit,and develop flipped teaching program with the characteristics of sports items.
