摘要 当前,人们对学前教育质量要求越来越高,办好人民满意的学前教育,加强幼儿教师队伍建设,提高幼儿教师的核心素养是关键。通过调查了解,幼儿教师核心素养普遍缺乏,主要表现在综合知识素养不扎实,创新能力素养不强,信息化技术素养不高,合作意识素养不足四个方面。以"三个加强"提高综合知识素养,"三个树立"培养创新能力素养,"三大方式"提升信息化技术素养,"三个实践平台"强化合作素养是提高幼儿教师队伍质量的有效途径。 At present, people have an increasing demand for the quality of preschool education. Therefore, it is significant to improve preschool teachers' core qualities in order to satisfy people's demand and to strengthen the team construction of preschool teachers. According to our survey, it is a common phenomenon that preschool teachers are short of core qualities, which can be demonstrated from four aspects : unsubstantial comprehensive knowledge, weak capacity for innovation, low quality of applying information technology and weak awareness of cooperation. Therefore, we should take "Strengthen Three Methods" to improve their comprehensive knowledge, "Develop Three Consciousnesses" to improve their innovation capacity and quality; "Apply Three Methods" to enhance their information technology application and "Offer Three Practice Channels" to strengthen cooperation quality. These are the effective ways to improve the teaching staff's qualifies for preschool education.
