摘要
利用UGCAM功能模块对零件的机械切削加工过程及表面质量检测分析等重要环节进行仿真优化,避免机械加工中各类常见缺陷的发生,快速生成理想虚拟制造加工结果。通过分析CAM功能模块在数控加工中常见的参数设置问题,详细阐述了各类典型问题的解决方案,对优化数控加工轨迹和提高零件加工质量有一定的参考价值。
The UG CAM function module is used to simulate and optimize some important links, such as mechanical cutting process and surface quality inspection and analysis of parts, avoiding all kinds of common defects in machining, and quickly generating ideal virtual manufacturing processing results. By analyzing the common parameter setting problems in the NC machining of the CAM function module, the solutions of various typical problems are elaborated, which has certain application value for optimizing the NC machining trajectory and improving the machining quality of the parts.
