摘要
利用UG/NX的三维造型功能建立底座盒以及底座盒注塑模具中模芯的CAM模型。利用UG/NX的CAM加工模块对底座盒模具中的模芯进行铣削加工,并进行程序后处理。优化刀具加工路径、加工参数,提高NC程序的正确性,缩短了编程人员的编程时间,减少了模芯的制造、试加工等过程,优化模具设计。提高了模具设计质量、产品制造质量,缩短设计、制造周期,可实现与数控机床的程序交换,实现DNC。
Use the 3D modeling functions of UG/NX to establish the CAM model of the base box and injection mould core of the base box. Use the processing module of UG/NX to mill the core in the base box die, and finish Post-processing program. Optimize tool processing path and parameters, improve the accuracy of NC procedures,shortening the programming time and reducing the process of manufacturing the core and other trial process. Optimizing the mold design improves the quality of the mold design and manufacturing, reducing designing and manufacturing cycle ,and also can exchange program with NC machine tools,actualizing DNC.
