伞头模具的制造

摘要 基于伞头模具的制造工艺,从伞头的二维设计图出发,使用三维建模软件UG重构伞头模型,编制了伞头模具的数控铣床自动加工程序,利用FANUC系统数控铣床对伞头模具进行铣削加工,随后采用钻床对模具坯料进行打孔加工,通过电火花工艺进一步加工模具。伞头模具加工完成后对模具进行试模,并根据试模结果进行修模。结果表明:模具型腔和结构设计方案合理、简单,生产速率快,自动化程度高,能够有效降低人工成本;制件质量好,能够获得美观而适用的伞头,可提升伞的价值;模具使用寿命长,适合企业进行大批量生产。 Based on the manufacturing process of the umbrella head mold,the umbrella head model is reconstructed from the 2D design drawing of the umbrella head using the 3D modeling software UG.The automatic computer numerical control milling program for the umbrella head mold was prepared,and the FANUC system computer numerical control milling machine was used to mill the umbrella head mold,followed by drilling machine to punch the mold blanks,and the mold was further processed using electrical discharge machining process.After the processing of the umbrella head mold is completed,the mold is tested and the mold is repaired according to the results of the test mold.The test mold results show that:the mold cavity and structure design scheme is reasonable and simple,the production rate is fast,the degree of automation is high,which can effectively reduce the labor cost;the quality of the parts is good,which can obtain beautiful and applicable umbrella head and thus enhance the value of the umbrella,the mold service life is long,which is suitable for the enterprise mass production.
