摘要
我国煤层赋存条件复杂,其中坚硬顶板煤层占到1/3以上。本文通过分析铰接结构形成的几何与平衡条件,得出形成充分卸压的切落结构可通过增大爆破弱化区半径实现,并给出形成切落结构的几何与平衡条件表达式;根据需留巷的己14-31010工作面下进风巷坚硬顶板的具体情况制定顶板预裂爆破方案,爆破后矿压观测数据表明工作面周期来压步距缩小,矿压显现程度降低,有效弱化了沿空留巷区域的高应力。
The occurrence conditions of coal seam in China are complex,among which the hard roof coal seam accounts for more than 1/3.In this paper,by analyzing the geometric and equilibrium conditions of the hinge structure,it is concluded that the shear structure with sufficient pressure relief can be achieved by increasing the radius of the blasting weakening zone,and the expression of the geometric and equilibrium conditions for the formation of the shear structure is given;according to the specific conditions of the hard roof of the downdraft tunnel on the 14-31010 working face of the required roadway,a pre-split blasting scheme was developed for the roof.After blasting,the observation data of mine pressure showed that the periodic pressure step of the working face decreased and the degree of mine pressure appeared decreased,effectively weakening the high stress along the empty roadway area.
