浅埋煤层综采面切顶卸压末采贯通技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 以哈拉沟煤矿12201综采面为工程背景,对浅埋煤层综采面切顶卸压末采贯通关键技术进行研究。通过对工作面贯通后顶板受力状态分析,确定影响浅埋煤层切顶卸压末采贯通的关键参数为顶板预裂高度、预裂切顶角度、预裂爆破孔间距、恒阻锚索支护、垛式支架支护。最终通过理论研究和现场工业性试验,得出了浅埋煤层复合顶板条件下切顶卸压末采贯通回撤新技术的相关工艺参数。研究成果在现场实践工程中得到了验证,工作面实现了安全顺利贯通。 Based on No.12201 coal mining face of Halagou mine as an engineering background,researched the key technology on the holing-through of terminal mining by roof cutting and pressure releasing technique in shallow seam face. The key parameter is as follows: roof cutting blasting hole height, angle, interval distance, constant resistance cable and chock support. Through theory research and industrial experiment, the key parameter of roof cutting and pressure relief is explored. During the terminal mining period, ensure successful and safety holing-through of the terminal mining.
