摘要
针对成庄矿5309工作面采动应力影响下造成采区大巷段围岩变形破坏严重的问题,基于工作面超前支承应力理论,确定了超前支承应力峰值与煤壁之间的距离以及超前支承应力的影响范围,并将深孔预裂爆破切顶卸压技术方案应用于现场工业性试验。结果表明:采用该技术方案后,1号断面、2号断面顶底板最大下沉量较之前分别降低了约60.6%、48.2%,两帮最大移近量较之前分别降低了约86.5%、84.6%,表明该技术方案可有效控制巷道围岩的变形破坏。
In view of the serious deformation and damage of the surrounding rock in the main road section of the mining area under the influence of the mining stress of the 5309 working face of Chengzhuang Mine,based on the working face advanced bearing stress theory,the distance between the peak advanced bearing stress and the coal wall and the Range of influence of leading bearing stress.The deep hole pre-split blasting roof cutting and pressure relief technical scheme is applied to the field industrial test.The results show that:after adopting this technical scheme,the maximum subsidence of the roof and floor of the No.1 section and the No.2 section,and the maximum moving a mount of the two sections are better than those of the two sections.The previous reductions were about 60.6%,48.2%,86.5%,and 84.6%respectively,indicating that this technical solution can effectively control the deformation and failure of the surrounding rock of the roadway.
