软岩隧巷中空注浆锚固支护技术研究与应用 被引量:1

摘要 针对软岩围岩由于其抗压强度弱,在开挖后及易形成塑性破坏区,尤其是巷道工程在采动影响下,围岩应力集中程度进一步增加造成巷道围岩持续劣化,最终导致围岩失稳的情况。理论分析了注浆加固的作用机理,并利用FLAC^(3D)数值分析软件模拟研究了注浆加固在改性围岩性质后的围岩破坏尺寸对比,最终给出了中空注浆锚索加固参数并进行了现场工业性试验。工程实践表明:采用全长锚固注浆锚索支护技术能够有效控制围岩变形,维护隧巷稳定性。 Due to the weak compressive strength of soft rock surrounding rock, it is easy to form plastic failure zone after excavation, especially under the influence of mining in roadway engineering, the stress concentration degree of surrounding rock further increases, which leads to the continuous deterioration of surrounding rock and finally the instability of surrounding rock. In this paper, the action mechanism of grouting reinforcement is systematically analyzed theoretically, and the comparison of surrounding rock failure size after grouting reinforcement with modified surrounding rock properties is simulated by using FLAC3D numerical analysis software. Finally, the reinforcement parameters of hollow grouting anchor cable are given, and the field industrial test is carried out. The engineering practice shows that the full-length anchor grouting and anchor cable support technology can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation and maintain the tunnel stability.
