摘要
采用了一能够实现拉伸、压缩和剪切组合的加载装置,对两种双组分硅酮结构胶进行了环境-荷载耦合的加速老化试验,探究胶体荷载敏感性。试验发现:随着加载应力增大,胶体模量先减小后增大,相对粘结强度也先减小后增大;当加载应力为0.28MPa时相对粘结强度取得最小值,定义此应力为胶体特征应力值。
The environment-load coupling accelerated aging test of two kinds of two-component silicone structural adhesive is conducted using a loading device that can apply tensile, compression,shear and their various combination. The results show as stress loaded increases modules of colloidal matter decrease first and increase followed and so does the relative structural strength. When the stress is 0.28 MPa the relative bond strength reaches the minimum which is defined as index stress of the colloidal matter.
