摘要
选用了单、双组分共4个样品的硅酮结构密封胶以及3种类型的幕墙用铝型材(4种表面处理方式),以铝型材和硅酮结构密封胶的180°剥离破坏面积和剥离粘结强度为性能评估指标,分别考察了55℃、90℃热水及光-热-水(40℃)3种人工加速老化条件对硅酮结构密封胶长期粘结性的影响。
Choosing four structural silicone sealant samples (including one component sealants and two components sealants) and three types of formed aluminum used for curtain wall (four kinds of surface treatments)as samples, and 180°peeling failure area and peel strength between formed aluminum and silicone sealants as evaluation indexes, this article studies influence of three artificial accelerated aging conditions of 55℃, 90℃ hot water and UV-hot water (40℃)in long time bonding characteristic of structural silicone sealants.
